2 職責
2.1責任

4工作內容與要求
4.1環(huán)保管理
4.1.1負責編制'三廢'治理，環(huán)境保護的長遠規(guī)劃和年度計劃；
4.1.2定期檢查'三廢'排放情況，對出現(xiàn)的問題及時組織有關單位查明原因，采取措施，并及時向領導匯報；

總承包項目環(huán)境管理員崗位職責
1認真熟悉國家、地方有關環(huán)境的法律法規(guī),了解相關環(huán)境知識,掌握大氣污染排放標準。負責組織相關部門對項目部全體人員進行環(huán)境噪聲污染防治,施工設備技術保養(yǎng)維護知識的教育學習。
2定期組織對項目部全體人員的培訓和教育,提高全體人員的環(huán)保意識。
3負責對施工現(xiàn)場的設備每半年進行噪聲檢測,并填寫'施工場界噪聲測定原始記錄'對不符合項提出整改措施和落實結果。
