作為工廠工程師,日常工作涉及多個(gè)方面,包括但不限于:
1. 參與新生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)與安裝,評(píng)估設(shè)備性能和產(chǎn)能,確保滿足生產(chǎn)需求。
2. 維護(hù)和升級(jí)現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,定期進(jìn)行檢查和保養(yǎng),預(yù)防故障發(fā)生。
3. 協(xié)調(diào)與供應(yīng)商和承包商的關(guān)系,確保設(shè)備采購(gòu)和工程外包的質(zhì)量與進(jìn)度。
4. 分析生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),識(shí)別效率瓶頸,優(yōu)化工藝流程,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
5. 制定和執(zhí)行安全規(guī)程,確保工作環(huán)境的安全,減少工傷事故。

- good knowledge of agile development process of b/s architecture
- basic knowledge of factory production management
- familiar with systematic idea generation method, solid performance on thinking out of bo_ and problem solving
- good communication skills, fluent in both chinese and english
