小區(qū)樓宇崗(安全員)崗位職責(zé)
1.安全員對進(jìn)入樓宇的員工及施工人員要認(rèn)真檢查其佩戴的證件,確認(rèn)后方可放行,嚴(yán)禁閑雜人員、被解聘人員及其它非公司員工入內(nèi)。
2.凡來樓宇內(nèi)聯(lián)系業(yè)務(wù),推銷及公共機(jī)構(gòu)人員一律憑會客登記單,并仔細(xì)查驗證件、介紹信等,探親訪友必須經(jīng)業(yè)主本人同意,方可進(jìn)入。
3.認(rèn)真查詢進(jìn)出員工及施工人員的攜物情況,對樓宇內(nèi)的公用物品或未經(jīng)登記的貴重物品必須經(jīng)安全員隊及樓長簽發(fā)出門條,方可放行。
4.嚴(yán)禁將易燃、易爆等危險品帶入樓宇,確保治安、消防等安全工作。
5.妥善保管扣留的物品,按規(guī)定上繳處理,并填寫記錄及詳細(xì)清單。
