第1篇 itbp職位描述與崗位職責(zé)任職要求

職位描述:

崗位職責(zé):

1、主導(dǎo)/參與正在建設(shè)的it項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行監(jiān)控推進(jìn),參與關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)評(píng)審,識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn),推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)參與度,確保項(xiàng)目成功;

2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)it項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)中的效益分析進(jìn)行跟蹤,項(xiàng)目完成后,對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析并針對(duì)差距進(jìn)行改進(jìn)追蹤,推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)價(jià)值最大化;

3、收集各業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)重大/復(fù)雜及長(zhǎng)期不處理的it項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題,提報(bào)it需求對(duì)接人,推動(dòng)與跟進(jìn)該問(wèn)題快速及時(shí)處理;

4、負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助重大專項(xiàng),對(duì)專項(xiàng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控和推進(jìn),識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn),推進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)參與度,保證專項(xiàng)達(dá)成。

任職資格:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)或相關(guān)專業(yè);

2、5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制造業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

3、了解c#等相關(guān)開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,了解數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)相關(guān)技術(shù)、了解基礎(chǔ)的軟/硬件系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維工作;

4、良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及抗壓力。

職位描述:

職責(zé)描述:

1.business engagement partnership

prepare and present it digital strategy to support the bu annual business plan according to the bp and adjusted with the channel updates of the country.

prepare and present it strategy to support omnichannel crm/cms solutions

2.project management

lead the company digital project. work together with the global and local partners to create a project calendar and follow up on the planning, setup of the infrastructure, logistics process and distributors

lead the china launch it projects. make the launch plan and calendar together with local partners and coordinate the it department to provide local partners technique support, ensure the alignment of local partners in terms of system integration, team setup and staff training.

work with bu and it department global and local to address and deliver other projects/initiatives in china, including omni channel crm and bi, cms,project etc.

3.it solutions in digital solution& omnichannel crm solution

close work with key player together to identify new opportunities and leverage local partners to follow up the digital evolution in china market, and study, identify and propose any new/e_isting china business opportunities, digital agencies, local alliances,local marketplace, local online accounts and new channels.

4.it operation& agency mgt

lead operation team and work closely with the local it partners and business partners drive digital application it operation. focus on optimizing the operation e_cellence in order to achieve the business goals.

1.5+ years in it bp and technical services

2.bachelor’s degree in it area

3.knowledge about crm(and scrm)

4.fluent in english and chinese (simplified)

5.partner with e_ternal business parties to develop business solutions

6.good understanding of the industry best-practices; high-level aptitude/proficiency and knowledge to today internet and bat trends, tools, technology, and techniques.

7.adaptability to changing environments and requirements is required.

8.full scale project manages on planning, resource allocation, e_ecution and deliverables, pmp

is preferred.

2.有極強(qiáng)的溝通和項(xiàng)目管理能力和推動(dòng)力,具有pmp證書(shū)尤佳;

3.熟悉it類基礎(chǔ)運(yùn)維,網(wǎng)絡(luò),信息安全等能力;

4.熟悉企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)oa、財(cái)務(wù)、hr、sap類系統(tǒng)等;

5.熟悉美國(guó)、歐洲的當(dāng)?shù)豬t資源,并熟悉gdpr相關(guān)條例;
