產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)師崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1、承擔(dān)培訓(xùn)班主任工作，編寫開班計(jì)劃，協(xié)調(diào)開班準(zhǔn)備，協(xié)調(diào)處理培訓(xùn)過程中的事件;
2、承擔(dān)培訓(xùn)授課工作，收集教學(xué)中的學(xué)員信息(問題、意見或建議)，匯總反饋技術(shù)問題;
3、組織培訓(xùn)效果調(diào)查和滿意度評(píng)估，并及時(shí)總結(jié)反饋;
4、根據(jù)要求，完成培訓(xùn)課程開發(fā)任務(wù);
5、完成上級(jí)主管安排的臨時(shí)工作。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)或工科背景;
2、精通自動(dòng)控制知識(shí)和自動(dòng)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)，掌握心理學(xué)和教育學(xué)知識(shí)，了解自動(dòng)化行業(yè)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)知識(shí);
3、具有較強(qiáng)的表達(dá)能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、溝通及組織協(xié)調(diào)能力;
4、一年以上自動(dòng)控制相關(guān)行業(yè)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)或工程實(shí)施工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
5、計(jì)算機(jī)二級(jí);cet六級(jí)或有良好的英語聽說讀寫能力者優(yōu)先。

1、從事金融產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)講師3年以上,包括公募、私募基金、銀行、證券、信托等金融機(jī)構(gòu)和培訓(xùn)方面的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2、主持過商務(wù)會(huì)議,例如招商會(huì),行業(yè)峰會(huì)、項(xiàng)目論壇、沙龍講座、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會(huì)等,邏輯思維清晰,有良好的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)和控場(chǎng)能力
3、具備私募基金、資管產(chǎn)品、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理等金融知識(shí);有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、感染力、組織策劃能力及統(tǒng)籌能力;
4、具有良好的敬業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
5、面試時(shí)需提供過往培訓(xùn)課件或提綱,并且有做過客戶營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)的優(yōu)先
