responsibilities
- establish role as day to day contact on engagements and be seen as a trusted advisor by mid-level e_ecutives
- coordinate and drive the preparation of client deliverables spanning multiple work streams with limited oversight
- demonstrate deep e_pertise and an ability to generate insights in a chosen sector
- motivate, coach and develop project team members
- provide constructive upwards feedback
e_perience and background
- demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
- demonstrate confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism
- track record of working with clients internationally and having a strong understanding of the value drivers within a chosen sector, especially in a consulting or corporate environment
- evidence of leadership e_perience in a professional teamwork setting (e.g. coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, managing small teams in project e_ecution, etc.)
- e_cellent written and oral communication skills in english, fluency in chinese mandarin is a must
- typically with 4-8 years of relevant e_perience
