specialize in network engineering in an enterprise environment. this role will provide network operational support for shanghai factory and nearby logistic facilities. the engineer will ensure compliance to established system architecture, regulations and security policies, follow standards and best practices, and author and maintain support documentation.
responsibilities:
? primarily responsibility network operations, function as tier-1 & 2
? participate in projects as network engineering role includes implementation, test/validation, and maintain networking services per solution design
? monitor and report metrics of network services
? document network operations “run-book”
? must be able to work occasional weekends and after hours
? must be able to travel occasionally
? must be able to work around construction environment and transport/lift network equipment
? participate on call rotation
? have e_perience of cabling system, including copper and fiber system design and implementation.
qualifications:
? 5+ years of mid-size enterprise networking e_periences
? e_perience level knowledge of ip networking, l2/l3 network protocols (spanning tree, ospf), lan/wan, tcp/ip, dhcp, dns, qos, vlan, acl, snmp, syslog, vpn, application data flow
? e_perience with juniper e_ and sr_ platform, palo alto networks firewall, and aruba wireless.
? e_perience with structural cabling infrastructure
? e_perience with troubleshooting wireless connection issues related wireless coverage, clients, and rf environmental
? beginning to intermediate level e_perience with automation tools and scripting
? proficient in microsoft office (word, e_cel, powerpoint, visio), solarwinds ipam & npm, opengear oob management, splunk (syslog), aruba airwave, netscout wired/wireless tools, wireshark

responsibilities
?manage and supervise daily operation of service center and authorized body repair
vendors.
?optimize service process in order to improve customers' satisfaction, and provide customer
escalation resolution.
?supervise the kpi in service center. (csi/ frft/reservation waiting time)
?manage cost control of service center.
?responsible for personnel management and performance assessment.
?focus on service policy development and implementation. fully understand the industrial
information.
?optimize and enrich the variety of service.
?ensure the safety of service employees, facilities and vehicles.
?lead the team in stocktaking of vehicles, equipment and tools periodically.
?complete internal works cooperated with sales, delivery and other related teams, and
responsible for e_ternal affairs of service center.
?perform other related duties as assigned.
requirement
?at least5 -8 years of service management e_perience at a franchised dealer
?at least 5 years of e_perience in service documentation.
?bs degree or equivalent e_perience
?hybrid or electric vehicle e_perience preferred
?knowledge of automotive equipment and automotive services
?continuous improvement in identifying and solving problems.

?factory trained master status/oem training

?winning and binding of customer through application-focused technical support and supporting e_isting customer
main tasks
?daily technical problems solving at the customer’s and deals with customer complaints
