第3篇 生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)理助理崗位職責(zé)
一、工作職責(zé):
1、協(xié)助廠長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)中心(生產(chǎn)控制、質(zhì)量管理、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理)的全面工作,組織并監(jiān)督部門人員全面完成生產(chǎn)本部職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。
2、協(xié)助廠長(zhǎng)組織生產(chǎn)部各類管理制度的制定、實(shí)施、檢查、監(jiān)督和控制。
3、協(xié)助完成公司月度生產(chǎn)任務(wù)完成及人員培訓(xùn)、考核、激勵(lì)措施。
4、、完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作。
二:任職條件:
1、不限,年齡30-48歲,食品類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮,溝通能力強(qiáng),具有大型企業(yè)同等工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

產(chǎn)品線銷售運(yùn)營(yíng)助理經(jīng)理 assistant manager product lines sales operation
1. key objectives and scope of the position
as sales operation manager to manage daily sales related business.
2. major responsibilities and degree of influence
as sales operation manager to manage the daily sales tasks of sport cars, i.e. bmw 2er coupe/convertible, 4er coupe/convertible/gp, 6er coupe/convertible/gp, and bmw mpa and m models.
look into the sales performance as well sales channel status to conduct further analysis and propose on how to improve the sales performance and dealer profitability of sports cars via assigned projects.
coordinate with related departments/teams to ensure comprehensive sales and marketing action plans to promote sports cars.
