第1篇 酒店餐飲主管崗位職責

1、負責市場調(diào)研,提供符合公司要求的供應商信息,建立公司虛擬倉庫;
2、對商務談判、采購進度、質(zhì)量檢驗等全過程負責,按時完成采購任務,保證公司營運的順利、有序進行;
3、執(zhí)行詢價、比價、議價制度,努力降低采購成本同時負責對不合格產(chǎn)品的處理;
4、參與合同評審,配合有關(guān)部門做好報價、采購成本、交貨期等方面的方案;
5、對采購業(yè)務進行匯總、分析,按要求向提交采購報告。同時建立供應商檔案,以及所需各類物品的信息統(tǒng)計和檔案;
6、負責供應商的管理,與供應商保持健康、良好的商業(yè)合作關(guān)系,協(xié)助公司處理與供應商可能發(fā)生的各種糾紛;
7、辦理部分需要現(xiàn)金采購物資的個人借款和采購貨款的結(jié)算工作;
8、自覺接受審計監(jiān)督,努力采購工作的公正、廉潔和高效。
崗位要求:
1、有良好的談判能力和善于溝通交際,思維敏捷,口齒伶俐;
2、精通采購業(yè)務流程,具備良好的溝通能力、談判能力和成本意識;
3、為人誠信、親和力,有良好的職業(yè)道德和素養(yǎng),能承受一定工作壓力;
4、有統(tǒng)計、出納和會計經(jīng)驗者,或熟悉西餐采購管理工作者優(yōu)先。
第2篇 酒店餐飲主管崗位工作職責
1、負責餐廳的日常管理工作,并與廚房保持密切聯(lián)系,確保餐廳的服務質(zhì)量,直接對餐廳經(jīng)理負責。
2、出席每周的業(yè)務會,匯報本餐廳工作,向員工傳達會議精神。
3、檢查工作。
(1)檢查工作每日檢查設備、家具、餐具的擺設及其完好情況。
(2)檢查服務用品及清潔衛(wèi)生,檢查庫存物資;
(3)檢查員工儀容儀表。
4、主持每日餐前會,安排當天的服務工作。
5、從廚房了解當天出菜的情況,布置重點推銷菜式。
6、簽領(lǐng)食物、材料。
7、妥善處理客人投訴和質(zhì)詢。
8、做好員工考勤工作、評估工作
9、做好餐廳的財產(chǎn)管理工作。
10、負責員工的培訓工作。
