生產(chǎn)線經(jīng)理崗位職責
職責描述:
進行啤酒類項目管理，包括但不限于:及時規(guī)范報價、進度管理、范圍管理、成本管理、風險管理、人力資源管理、采購管理、質量管理、文件管理等。
任職要求:
1、大專以上，啤酒行業(yè)或輕工行業(yè)項目管理或工藝設計經(jīng)歷7年以上;
2、熟練掌握啤酒行業(yè)或輕工行業(yè)項目管理工作流程，熟練運用運行prpject，cad等軟件，或具備指導啤酒行業(yè)或輕工行業(yè)工藝設計和施工管理的能力，指導過2個以上項目的工藝設計和施工管理;
3、具有啤酒行業(yè)或輕工行業(yè)中型以上工程項目管理經(jīng)驗，至少承擔過一個投資在1500萬元以上工程項目的主要管理任務;
4、具備閱讀或識別外文圖紙和相關文件的能力，能進行專業(yè)相關的口語交流。
5、具有國家二級注冊建造師及相應專業(yè)的職業(yè)資格或國際(工程)項目管理專業(yè)資質認證初級等優(yōu)先考慮
