campaign planning
- specify the promo calendar for esprit eshops in china, singapore, malaysia, taiwan and hong kong, making sure all the sale initiatives are highly aligned with annual target
- coordinate with the 3rd party partner team to work on e_ecution details
- campaign planning, in order to meet channel sales target with specified discount mechanism, product assortment, coupons, gifting, etc.
- coordinate with product analysis team on the product offering for each campaign
- drive weekly sales initiative for all the eshops to ensure omni-channel consistency
traffic management
- analyse the traffic dynamics and work with apac online trade manager to ensure quality of paid traffic is enticed to the brand shop
- leverage the crm program to drive free traffic to the brand shop
- coordinate on the weekly sms, edm broadcasting for the brand shops
other operation & administration
- closely coordinate with operation team to make sure operation capacity is optimized for each campaign and can support the estimated sales volume
任職要求:
? e_perience on managing sales and campaign launch on brands’ eshop.
? e_perience on it development projects for brands’ eshop and capability to play a vital role in the development projects from commercial perspective
? sound e_perience and sense in terms of visual design and u_ optimization
? familiar with the operation process in order to facilitate the operation routines with third party agency.
? passion for ecommerce and fashion
? understanding of south east asia markets preferred, but not a must
? good english communication skills

崗位要求:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷, 五年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),三年以上計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件產(chǎn)品或互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)的銷售或合作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有一定客戶資源積累;
2、有大數(shù)據(jù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電子商務(wù)、it、通信/電信類公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)者,有電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商、金融、交通、汽車、醫(yī)療等行業(yè)銷售和合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
3、有上進(jìn)心,工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),且有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí),工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,善于思考、分析和解決問題;
