objective of the position
computation and instrumentation technologies (cit) department is leading r&d activities related to modeling, digital, optics and sensors for saint-gobain group’s activities in china.
cit department is looking for an engineer specialized in optics to enlarge competency of the team in order to support the global strategy of digitalization of industrial plants and further develop inspection methods at lab scale for the others team of saint-gobain research shanghai.
in this role, you will design, develop and maintain optical inspection systems to be used in applications for process control and/or quality control.
you will be involved into r&d projects related to several business units (automotive glass, ceramics, and abrasives) where you will be in charge of investigating and developing inspection solutions with e_ternal partners. you will also contribute to the digitalization of saint-gobain research shanghai.
candidate should have a deep knowledge on optical hardware and fundamental knowledge of image processing and data treatment (including statistical analysis, feature detection, pattern recognition).
principal accountabilities (% of time, what, how and why)

qualification & skills
1/ position opened to master in optics, electronic engineering, automation, measurement or relevant majors. e_perience in machine vision/computer vision.
1/ 光學,電子工程,自動化,測控及相關專業(yè)碩士學歷, 機器視覺/計算機視覺領域工作經驗。
2/ skills in optical hardware and auto-inspection, as well as in object oriented programming (python, c/c++, sharp), image processing and analysis.
2/ 具備光學硬件及自動檢測知識,以及面向對象程序設計(python, c/c++, sharp),圖像處理和分析能力。
3/ project management are required for this position.

第3篇 光學研發(fā)工程師崗位職責
光學研發(fā)工程師 ?設計并開發(fā)光學子系統(tǒng),包括概念設計、樣機制作和成品設計
?新產品的概念化及設計開發(fā),包括光學試驗臺原型、成品包裝,及小批量試生產
?詳細的光電設計,包括激光與光學的整合、電子驅動、外部電子/機械接口
?制定測試流程,協(xié)助編寫用戶手冊、對生產人員及售前售后服務人員進行培訓,確保產品從研發(fā)到生產的順利過渡
?為生產、市場、及售前售后服務部門提供技術支持
?進行項目管理,包括原型機試制和產品開發(fā)計劃
?光學或其它工科專業(yè),碩士或博士學歷
?5年以上光學系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)及應用經驗(包含碩士/博士/博士后階段的光學實驗室經驗)
?具備深厚的光學知識,尤其是偏振光學領域的知識
?具備豐富的光學實驗室經驗,熟悉光學搭建、熟練操作各種光學儀器和設備(比如激光、探測器等)
?具備高品質光學產品的研發(fā)經驗,能夠引導產品開發(fā)流程
?具備跨專業(yè)研發(fā)團隊的合作經驗
?熟悉zema_、matlab(或gnu octave)及l(fā)abview等軟件的操作
?擅長solidworks者優(yōu)先
?英文讀寫流利
?具備對光學市場及相關光學產品的判斷、鑒別能力
