崗位職責:
1、在護理部主任的領導下,進行工作。
2、遵循院部的宗旨、目標、理念,擬定體檢科的工作目標與理念。
3、制訂與修訂體檢科護理作業(yè)常規(guī)。
4、督促護理人員認真執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度和技術操作規(guī)范,嚴防差錯發(fā)生。
5、督促教育護理人員加強責任心改善服務態(tài)度,遵守勞動紀律,做好健康宣教工作。
6、制定工作計劃,負責護理人員分工排班,督促檢查護理人員完成所分工的任務。管理及考核護士的工作績效。
7、與相關科室協調、溝通,順利地開展業(yè)務。
8、負責督促護士、護理員保持室內外的整潔,做好消毒隔離工作,并組織及時供應開水和飲具。
9、負責科內器材和被服、用品的計劃請領和管理。

2、嚴格執(zhí)行新生兒護士的準入制度、統(tǒng)籌安排人力資源,負責新生兒室護士的排班及工作分配,做到人性化、科學、彈性排班。
3、制定并不斷完善新生兒室各班工作職責、工作流程、??谱o理常規(guī)、技術操作流程和新生兒健康教育內容。
4、加強新生兒室護理質量管理,注意護理安全,做好關鍵環(huán)節(jié)護理質量控制。
5、督促護理人員嚴格執(zhí)行消毒隔離制度,在診療、護理過程中實施標準預防,并嚴格執(zhí)行手衛(wèi)生規(guī)范及無菌操作技術。
6、負責請領和管理新生兒室的藥品,儀器、設備、醫(yī)療器材、被服和辦公用品等。
7、掌握新生兒室護理工作情況,參加并指導新生兒室危重、搶救、特殊檢查及重點患者的護理。指導護士制定護理計劃,對新生兒室復雜的技術或新開展的護理業(yè)務,應親自指導并參加實踐。
8、參加新生兒室主任查房、疑難病例,死亡病例討論,加強醫(yī)護溝通,了解醫(yī)生對護理工作的要求。
9、負責組織新生兒室護理人員業(yè)務學習和技術考核,認真落實各級護理人員規(guī)范培訓和繼續(xù)教育計劃,每年至少對新生兒室護士進行一次綜合考評。
